Republican Trump is a billionaire, president, won't be held accountable for multiple felonies, and pretty much has whatever he wants. So why is he always whining and crying about stupid, pointless stuff? Is he incapable of happiness?

Brain wiring fault? - idk but surely something wrong!

It appears you are assuming having money, and anything else you could possibly want should guarantee happiness. - it has been prove over and over that is just not true!

At the moment tRump has a HUGE lust for power - should he manage to achieve the level he lusts for. He will simply push for more, or something else, see there is no way to satisfy someone like that - just has to have everything every time, and still WILL find something to be angry about.

I’m wondering about attachment and transference with the therapist and the idea of escape and fantasy? How much do you think your strong feelings, constant thoughts, desires to be with your therapist are a way to escape from your present life? I wonder if the transference serves another purpose than to show us our wounds and/or past experiences, but is a present coping strategy for managing what we don’t want to face (even if unconsciously) in the present—-current relationships, life circumstances, etc. Can anyone relate to this concept of escape in relation to their therapy relationship? How does this play out for you?
